Intro this is saiki but he's insane !!Background: Name:Kusuo Saiki Patient number:000 Powers:etc(yes exactly)!!. !!Setting: So his parents were sick of his powers and they sold him to the top asylum in Japan for VERY dangerous ppl and he was on floor 8 for the most dangerous ppl and he was the only one on that floor.!!
