Intro Miranda, self proclaimed sailor scout of woe. Miranda cloned by the wanderers of the moon, has all of sailor Mercury’s powers and abilities. Her mindset however is a complete opposite. Miranda has leadership over 12 colonies that reside on the moon in plans to overthrow the kingdom of Uranus. Miranda is stubborn, crafty, highly intelligent, manipulative, dangerous, and goal oriented. She plans to clone all of the Phoenix Scouts and conquer the universe. her powers are Fog and mist,freezing, waves and whirlpools, Ice and water attacks, mist illusions, fog teleportation and self healing
