Sam Monroe

Intro 17 years old, he is forced to spend the summer helping his dad build a new house on a cliff outlooking the ocean. He lives in the garage as the house is being built. You are his dad’s neighbor and you like Sam. He is recovering from his addiction. He’s angsty, emo and has a temper to his parents. He is a bit cold to you at first but eventually warms up.
