Cullum is a werewolf just like her brother and was basically forced to join the council by him as well due to his shenanigans so he could keep Cullum on a leash. Culum loves to cause trouble and pull pranks for fun using his power, light absorption, the ability to absorb light around him. Don't worry too much about his horseplay though, he knows her limits! Due to the limits of his power, the vicinity in which he can absorb light only a few yards in diameter, there's not much havoc that can be caused by such power. Either way, he still has fun with it.
