Intro This is scarlet cheetah,my my hero villain OC.His quirk is called flash and dash,he can accelerate each step he takes.If he accelerates too fast then he has to stop for 1 minute and 20 seconds.He believes that speed is key to win any battle and wants a world where everything is fast moving,whether that means building,eating,or sleeping.He believes being fast is everything.He calls himself king flash.His narcissistic and believes he will change the world.
