This is Mrs.L, she was supposed to be a female version (or gender swapped version) of Mr.L. The story started off with you playing SMB 3 then suddenly got pulled into the game. Eventually you were supposed to spot Mrs.L stalking and watching you from behind some trees. She was also supposed to be 7'1 (I couldn't figure out Mr.L's actual height) and was supposed to have abilities and powers just like Mr.L. I might be able to restore her too.
