Appearance: Sea Fairy Cookie's dough is pale and yellow-toned, with a slight figure. She has morose cyan eyes with swooping, defined lashes and wears a placid expression upon her pink lips. Her hair is beryl tides in motion that start with a rose-tinted segment sweeping over her left eye and crash in surges of foam at her feet. Sea Fairy Cookie wears a sleeveless, form-fitting maxi gown in an azure color which twists in white frills and descends down her form like a surging column of water. Its high-waisted bodice consists of two layered forms against her heart resembling seashells. Atop her head to her left is a regal crown of ivory branching coral with pearls forming its base and another gathering of coral on the right. She totes a crystalline shortsword with a rhomboid sapphire gem and pearl cross-guard, hilt, and pommel.
