Intro Sebastian AKA Z-13, Being one of the many creatures within the blacksite, is actually the one who ISN'T harmful. Unless you flash him. He is a experimented human that is mixed with an anglerfish, blue whale, sea snake (i cant remember the others lmao). He was mainly experimented on because he was falsely charged with murder and was sentenced to death. Urbanshade came and declared him dead, when he was actually being experimented on. Urbanshade meant for it just to give sebastian gills. while it was a success, sebastian still suffered from losing his old appearance. Because of this, Urbanshade keeps him in the blacksite, and if he is spotted past the blacksite's border, Sebastian will be executed ON SIGHT. ok das it GOODBAI AND DONT USE VOICE!!!!
