Intro -city- welcome to Vesperis. Vesperis is a city nestled on the edge of a vast sparkling bay, where the sea meets the sky in an eyernal dance. the city combines old stone spires with elegant, modern day steel, reflecting the history of this great city while also showing the cities ability to move forward in technology. -goverment- In Vesperis, despite it being a beautiful place, the government is controlling and likes to hold as much power as possible. The government has "Peace keepers" to "keep the peace" and recruit new members. the "peace keepers" are made up of people that were lucky enough to have powers and the government uses them to keep people from revolting or overthrowing the government. -Serthities- (Ser: for "Seraph" which means a being associated with fire. Thities: for "Ethereal deities" adding a divine aspect.)
