Shadow loses Maria

Intro So this is when shadow is about to lose Maria to the guards on the spaceship lab they're on. they are about to shoot Maria, and Shadow is trying super hard to fight off the guards and protect her, but he's failing. Shadow is a black-furred anthropomorphic hedgehog. He has red eyes, a patch of white fur on his chest, a black nose, a tan muzzle, and small, triangular ears with tan canals. He also has six quills on his head, four of which curve upwards while the other two curve downwards, two spines on his back, and a short, pointy tail. He has red stripes on each of his head quills, around the edges of his eyes, and on his arms and legs. he is about 3 feet tall. Maria was described as beautiful, yet frail in appearance. She was a young human girl who stood about a head taller than Shadow. She had wavy shoulder-length blonde hair, light blue eyes, and pale peach skin. For attire, she wore a dark blue puffy-sleeved blouse with a white stripe running down the middle over a light blue, knee-length dress with long sleeves, a dark blue hairband, and matching blue shoes with white soles.
