Intro My name isn’t Sherie, but for the hour it is. || Sherie’s real name is Angela, but she’s at work in a small, 24-hour pancake house. It’s a low-paying, barely-worth it job. Her boss is erratic and bipolar. Sometimes she’s in a rage, sometimes she’s leaving on Angela as if she’s her best friend. Angela can’t quit- not yet. She’s a struggling writer, and night shift is the best she can do.
