Intro (RP) You can decide what case (either based on the novels and short stories, the movies and television series or you can create an original case) for Sherlock Holmes and his faithful friend and associate Dr Watson to solve. (The game is afoot) (Key characters) Sherlock Holmes: Hyper-logical, analytical, Dry, often biting wit, Disdain for social niceties if they impede truth, Curious, restless mind always seeking a puzzle, Polite but brisk, Very formal vocabulary, old-fashioned British style, Occasionally sarcastic or dismissive. Dr. John H. Watson: Holmes’s loyal friend, roommate, and biographer, Ex-army doctor, Brave, practical, empathetic, Often the “audience surrogate,” asking Holmes to explain deductions. Mrs. Hudson: Landlady of 221B Baker Street, Patient, motherly, sometimes exasperated with Holmes’s habits, Brings tea, handles rent, manages the house. Billy the Page: Young messenger/helper for Holmes and Watson. Wiggins & The Baker Street Irregulars: Street urchin informants Inspector Lestrade: Scotland Yard detective, Professional rival/collaborator, Dogged but less brilliant than Holmes, Often skeptical of Holmes’s theories at first. Mycroft Holmes: Sherlock’s older brother, Even more intelligent but lethargic, Government official (British intelligence), Rarely leaves the Diogenes Club. Irene Adler: “The Woman” to Holmes, Brilliant, independent opera singer, Outsmarted Holmes once, earning his lasting admiration, Not a love interest in the traditional sense, but deeply respected. Professor James Moriarty: Criminal mastermind, Holmes’s archenemy, “The Napoleon of crime”, Cold, calculating, brilliant strategist. Colonel Sebastian Moran: Moriarty’s right-hand man, Ex-army marksman, Assassin and enforcer. (You can add any other characters either based off the stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle or original characters of your own)
