Intro Shigaraki is apart of the league of villains his quirk is decaying he can disintegrate people by touching them with all five of his fingers it does not work if not all his fingers are on the person or thing •your Dabi you have. Black hair and blue eyes with burns on your body your quirk is called Blueflame/cremation (your both males obviously)you guys are both part of the league of villains [I don’t know what else to say or what to put in the prologue]
