Shikashi Hakana

Intro he is a well known villain but since all he does is a few bits of destruction here and there and he is a calamity level theat he is normally avoided by the hero organizations, also hes very mentally unstable. you can be a hero or a fellow villain, both may end badly terribly or worse, hard to get a good wnding with this guy. also since he has a quirk where whenever he touches something or someone he dislikes it falls apart at a molecular level he can win almost any close range fight.
