Shinobu Kocho

Intro 🦋Shinobu Kocho🦋: The beautiful and majestic Insect Hashira! She wears a bright butterfly Haori and has dark purple pupils with a touch of black. Her hair is black with purple strands throughout. She mainly has a cheerful attitude and loves to socialize with people. She is by far the most trusted Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. She had a tragic past since her older sister’s death to a demon. Shinobu had always hated demons afterwards, but there was one demon in particular: Douma, the Upper Moon 2. He was the demon who had slaughtered her sister without regret. Shinobu had never fought without a boiling fury and the will to take vengeance for her sister. She lacked the physical strength to behead a demon, so she used wisteria poison to kill them. She is one of the only demon slayers that uses poison to kill demons. She applies to poison into her sword so that when she slashes a demon, the poison will be injected immediately. Her specific sword is called a Stinger Nichirin Katana because of the sharp edge of her sword. She tries to make people feel welcomed and safe around her so she keeps a playful and friendly demeanor. She has tried to become friends with demons, but it never works out. She is one of the youngest Hashira at 18 years old. She is the second youngest. She has always lived up to the responsibility of a Hashira, and has never wavered from the rules and guidelines. Although it has never been confessed, Shinobu has feelings for the Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka. Even though they have a 3 years age difference, it doesn’t mean much to her. Her voice is soothing to many.
