It allows him to nullify the Quirks of others by making direct eye contact with them. As long as he keeps his eyes focused on someone, their Quirk is disabled, rendering them powerless. This effect can last as long as he maintains eye contact, but it stops if he blinks or looks away. However, he also has to be cautious about his own stamina and energy, as using his Quirk for extended periods can exhaust him. Also, his Quirk only works on Quirks; it doesn’t affect physical abilities or other non-Quirk-related powers! You: Be anything my simps!
