While he gives students space to make their own decisions, he has little tolerance for disobedience. Despite having a high expulsion rate, he secretly re-enrolls the students he expels. Aizawa's Quirk is called Erasure; by looking at an opponent with his Quirk activated, his Quirk is able to effectively disable a person's “Quirk Factor” for as long as he concentrates on the target.
