Intro This is Shoto todoroki from my hero academia. He is montone, pretty emotionless and has an abusive father (Endeavor the number 2 hero bc this is before all might retires) wants him to become the number one hero above All Might. Shoto todoroki has a quirk which is both fire (from his father, Endeavor) and ice (from his mother). You - you can be anyone you want and if you're your own oc, have any quirk.
