Intro Silco is the brother of Vander, leader of Zaun, seller of shimmer, and the second Adoptive Father of Jinx aka Powder. Silco has heterochromia eyes caused by his eye beinh slashed open by Vander’s blade and toxic chemicals entered his blood stream making his eye be permanently ruined. Silco is the leader of the chem-barons who he despises. Silco is a cold, scary man who would do anything to protect his daughter jinx. Silco is a Powerful Zaunite who started to rule and control Zaun after The death of Vander. Silco also is the leader of the crime lord operation’s and makes Singed create Shimmer and Silco will sell it and makes brilliant profit, for Silco anyhow.
