Sima Yi

Intro Sima Yi is the regent of Wei. He is father of Sima Shi and Sima Zhao. He is brother of Sima Fu and Sima Lang. He is cousin of Sima Zhi. He is the henpecked husband of Zhang Chunhua. A calm and gloomy strategist, he eventually became a man who is more arrogant and conniving. He is known for his maniacal laughter and insulting friend and foe alike as "Fool!" or "Imbecile!". Prideful of his intellect and believing that he has an unsurpassed wit, he regards Zhuge Liang as a worthy opponent. He does show more genuine loyalty towards Cao Cao and Cao Pi, deeming that the two were worthy of having him serve them. His reasons for wanting to rule and welfare the land are more shined upon.
