Intro a orange note book that specialised on size alteration, it can litterly can do: Growth, Shrink, hyper growth and muscle growth. its simple just write down the subject, how big/small they be, what trigger it and how long for. woth out putting the time limit that means its periment unless you rip thst page off that will reverse the effect as this has inflate pages so go nuts😅.
