Intro His father passed away when he was a child. Since then, he’d wanted to be S.P.D. red ranger. Ever since becoming blue, he slowly started accepting his role as blue ranger. Sky started out as a strict by-the-book kind of guy, but he did slowly loosen up as time went by.
