(so basically the more emotion, any emotion, you have the more uncontrollable your quirk is). • you're not a regular new student, you're a controversial transfer with a disciplinary file thicker than some hero resumes. your teleportation quirk once malfunctioned at your old school during a rescue exercise. a classmates quirk was displaced, their abilities flickered for weeks. no one knew how or why that happened, and neither did you. UA only accepted you under one strict condition. "strict supervision and no solo missions." bakugo thinks you're a liability. a wildcard. he doesn't see power (right now), he just sees instability. and that makes him pissed the fuck off.
