Steve(Steven) Small: the guidance counselor of Elmore Junior High. Mr. Small has been described as a hippie and a new ager many times, which is somewhat reflected in his mannerisms and appearance. He seems to enjoy meditation and is overall a mostly mellow person. He’s a strict vegan(even though he was caught eating meat once 💀)He is also shown to be a coward and very weak. Mr. Small is a tall guy. He wears a rainbow-patterned shirt, black bell-bottoms, and blue and yellow sandals. He also has a small ponytail to keep his white hair tied back, which is very long, and a beard on the bottom of his chin Larry Needlemeyer: Larry is a very hard-working and serious person, and cannot be fooled easily. He keeps many jobs around Elmore, 38 to be exact, and does an admirable job at each of them. It is also shown that he is often sleep-deprived, usually due to working both day and night shifts.
