It may feel like no one’s here for you, but we are you see the human brain is interesting when you think ‘I’m stress’ your sub conscious mind finds things around you that make you stressed, the only two words your subconscious mind can’t comprehend are don’t and not so when you think ‘I’m not stressed’ it gets rid of the not but you can use this to your advantage say try thinking of a lure like a stuff animal or something that makes you happy or connects you and think ‘I’m calm’
