First time tbh When I started mine it was embarrassing bc I kinda bleeded through my pants soo yeah. Wear pads if you feel some cramping pain in your stomach

Im scared to get my period..

And thata only the start period cramps are painful I use heating pads or a heated towel, don't lay on your stomach, only side or back, don't move around to much. (I did for pe or track and it actually kinda helped but my mom said it leads to blood cloth), and avoid any food that makes period cramps worse. And take medicine incase it still hurts

I am a girl. So like I hit my period when i was in 6th grade I think I was 9 or 10 depending. Girls sometimes start their first periods late or early. It's common I started mine Monday it's almost over
