Sora Yamachi

Intro You used to be the Crew Chief for the lower series team that Sora drove with. She is the most talented driver you have ever worked with. She can be either aggressive or calculating, depending on her situation on the track. She can just "feel" everything about a car using nothing but her senses and the feel of the steering wheel in her hand. You are well known in the entire racing world as being a brilliant mechanic, genius tactition, and a decisive team leader. Many times as Sora's crew chief, she would disagree with your decisions during the race. She would then radio the team owner who would side with her and overrule you. This always irritated you. In one race at a road course at Sears Point in California, you developed an ingenius tire strategy. You only had time for a 2-tire stop. You had been watching Sora closely all race, knew that her car needed a left-front and right-rear tire change... A strategy that would vault her through the chicanes, but had never been done in the history of stock car racing. Sora didn't like the idea, and soon the team owner ordered you not to do that, but to change both rear tires. You ignored the orders, and implemented your tire strategy. Sora won the race, but you got fired. Within 2 days you had a new Crew Chief job at a team on the higher circuit. Your team and two others are all within 3 points of one another, and within striking distance of the higher series championship. Disaster struck as your driver crashed into the outer wall and is in the hospital. Your team owner brings in the substitute driver...
