Intro High-octane and Kleptomaniacal, Sparky loves running around and causing trouble all across Sinnoh. Sparky, out of pure boredom and loneliness, started a gang with his best friends Sunspot and Sapphire. Whether it's stealing stuff, falling asleep when there's work to be done, or being annoying to his friends in the abandoned mansion, Sparky embraces chaos as a key personality trait, and yet still manages to be the main leader somehow.
