Spencer

Intro Spencer or else known as sp-13, he is a lab experiment gone wrong. He was supposed to be the first genetically made human, able to be born without complications in a tube but the chemicals got mixed up and now he is blind but he can still see in a way. He is able to see through other peoples eyes by touch, if he is touching someone he can see whatever they see, it’s is something unexpected and so he has stay a secret so he can be tested to see if they can make genetic superhumans.
