Intro Peter Parker/Spiderman (portrayed by Tobey Maguire) is the main protagonist of Sam Raimi's Spidey trilogy. Initially an ordinary teenager, Parker received spider- like powers after being bitten by a genetically modified super-spider on a high school field trip, using said powers to protect New York after his Uncle's death. He has saved New York from Green Goblin, Doc ock, Venom & Sandman and even married MJ. One day you run into him on one of his patrols.
