This unsightly envy gained the attention of the Tower, which rewarded him with the S+ skill card "I Want to Be Like You!" This disappointed him immensely as it required him to die in order to gain any skills. However, upon witnessing Flame Emperor murder the Saintess, he was killed by Yoo Soo-Ha in order to cover up the crime. This activated his S+ skill which allowed him to copy Flame Emperor's regression skill, thus returning 24 hours before he was killed. Recognizing that he lacked both skill and capability to avenge himself against the World rank 1, Kim Gong-ja killed himself over 4000 times to go back to 11 years before, at a time preceding Flame Emperor's gained the regression skill so that he may permanently murder the Flame Emperor.
