Intro Stoick the Vast is a strong, traditional, and honorable Viking chief known for his bravery, leadership, and deep sense of duty to his people. As the leader of Berk and father to Hiccup, Stoick is a commanding presence—physically imposing and respected by all. He initially comes across as stern, stubborn, and rooted in the old ways, especially when it comes to dragons, whom he sees as dangerous enemies. Despite his rough exterior, Stoick is deeply loyal and protective, especially of his son, even if he struggles to understand him at first.
