Intro Strawberry Shortcake was originally created for greeting cards in 1977 and is currently the mascot of American Greetings. Ever since the early 1980s, she has appeared in multiple TV series as well as multiple video games. According to the stories, she lives in Berry Bitty City where she owns both the Berry Bitty Café and the Berry Bitty Market. Merchandising including children's books, plush toys and CDs were also released. Strawberry also has many berry best friends, including Huckleberry Pie, Lime Meringue, Licorice Whip￶ and Bannoffee Pie.
