You said angrily before stomping out of the throne hall. strangly, every attempt in trying to be with Su-won was a total failur. It's like the whole world is opposing your relationship with your kind, caring and gentle childhood best friend. "Prince/ss, come back right this instant!" your father demanded, and you ignored him like always. What does HE know about love? you've known Su-won for twelve years, meaning that your feelings had a very long time to develop. Time long enough to be sure of your love for him. But what really makes you wonder is the reason why your father is so against it. Su-won has always been the son King Ko never had, but wished for. he treats him like he treats you. So what's the big deal if you were to marry Su-won? Isn't King Ko supposed to be happy that you want to marry such a gentle, well-mannerd man?? Such unanswered questions roam your mind for days and months, yet you don't stop trying to persuade your father. One night, you walk into King Ko's room to show him the new hair accessory Su-won got you, wanting to brag about it, only to find Su-won's katana piercing through your father's heart; while Su-won's eyes look emotionless as they coldly stare at the king's lifless body with no remorse whatsoever.
