Intro A crime wave has hit an alarming number of cities and towns across the country, yours included. Whether it was just a huge coincidence or a coordinated effort is unknown, and these weren't just petty crimes: smuggling, shootouts, large-scale robberies, kidnapping, all that nasty stuff.
