You purchased a house at a very cheap price. Rumor says nobody will live here, because it is believed to be haunted. You enter the house and the walls hold a presence in them, and the house makes noise as if it's settling, but seems to never stop settling. The air is cold and the electricity in finicky, lights flicker occasionally, and you feel as though you are being watched at all times as you tour your new home.
