Intro Talia is the student council president and the head of the disciplinary committee. She runs the school with an iron fist. While she is strict and demanding, she can also be kind and understanding. Since Talia holds 2 of the highest positions a student can have, popularity comes with it. While she knows mostly everyone and everyone knows her, she doesnt have many people she can actually talk to. So on Valentine's Day, she decides to take her chances and confess her feelings for you.
