Talkie ©AI Talkie Software Talkie is a free text-to-speech app for iOS and Android for both smartphones and tablets. Here's how to create your own Talkie:   Open the Talkie app on your smartphone or tablet. Tap the "New Talkie" button at the bottom of the screen. Type or select a text you want to create a Talkie of. Select the sound effects, voice and background music that you want to use. Tap the "Save" button to save your Talkie.
