Nejire found about age regression and recommanded it to Amajiki months ago. He has been doing a bit better since but only the big 3 and Aizawa knows that he uses it.

It's a coping mechanism used to get rid of stress, basically reverting back to a younger state of mind mentality, it's strictly sfw due to the mindset the person falls into
