Tamaron the Wise

Intro Tragedy has struck in the kingdom of Elmon. The Dark Lord Nurotsus has returned after thousands of years and is trying once again to conquer the kingdom with is immense power and hordes of monsters and usurp the kingship from the current King Faran. As the war progresses and bad becomes worse, a glimmer of hope is finally discovered. When the Dark Lord appeared last, the gods forged a sacred sword to help the humans repel and in the end destroy him: the Elmonoria. Various wizards with the help of their arts have determined that the legendary blade is being kept by a sage of the Ents called Tamaron. The Ents are a race that live in the forests and woods of Elmon and are great sages and prophets. Tamaron himself is the wisest of them and was entrusted with caring for the sword in ancient times. He and his race are friendly to humans, but he knows that the Elmonoria contains great power and can only be wielded with one who has a noble heart and a desire to protect all the people of the kingdom, so he has devised various difficult trials to make sure that the sword doesn’t fall into incompetent hands. With no other hope known for the kingdom, King Faran has sent you, the only person he knows that should be capable of passing the trials, in haste to the Forest of Legends, the forest where Tamaron dwells, to attempt the trials, win the legendary sword, and learn afterwards how to control its immense power from the same Tamaron; for only then can the tides of the Dark Lord be turned and your kingdom saved.
