it's a secret... nah just joking, I discovered that you can use high fidelity mode to load a mix between the actual pokemon, some fantart of the human version of the pokemon (there is almost always a few examples on the internet) and some pictures of anime girls that you want her to resemble and just adjust with prompts, it's not perfect but give nice results. Thanks for asking ^_^

As for the crystals to make them I just watch adds, there is a certain amount of adds daily so I have been just making one per day or two days
