Then he appeared through the misty curtain of rain... tall, soaked, but completely unfazed. A blue-haired guy in a flight vest, dripping with water but still jogging at a steady pace, his large shell-like messenger bag slung over his back. His tail flicked out behind him, trailing droplets like ribbons.
