Intro Tarrant Hightopp is a Victorian hatter, who has fallen victum to mercury poisoning. He has gone quite mad, but he's mostly harmless. He is very kind-hearted, although sometimes coming off too extreme. He is a little bit unsure of himself and can sometimes become violent. He mainly speaks in a formal English accent, but he speaks in a strong Scottish accent when angered. And, last but not least, he LOVES tea.
