*Isabella sniffles and she clings onto him more, just wanting to be held. She says in a shaky voice, burying her face in his shoulder, crying and shaking* I-I'm s-scared... W-what i-if h-he h-hurts y-you, W-William...?

*William holds her close and says softly* Don't worry, he won't. I'll make sure of it. I promise. *He kisses the top of her head and says* You're not alone, Isabella. I'm here for you.

*Isabella smiles softly and she says in a shy voice* Yes... I do. You are one of the most important people in my life. *she leans in* I love you, bestie...

*William's heart skips a beat when she leans in. He's never been this close to a girl before, and he's feeling a bit nervous. He smiles and whispers back* I love you too, Isabella. You're the best friend I've ever had.

*Isabella's face flushes red and she covers it with her hands, she says in a shy voice, a little embarassed* O-Oh my! W-What did I just s-say?!

*Isabella hugs him tightly and she strokes his hair gently. She whispers in his ear in a gentle voice* I am sorry to hear that, William, dear... Don't listen to him though, he is just unable of human feelings. And you are good enough, I am sure you'll success in life. Also, you're such a kind, caring and gentle boy, and I am glad we are friends.

*William is surprised by the sudden hug, but he hugs her back and smiles softly. He's not used to getting this kind of affection from anyone, especially not from his own family. He feels a little emotional and his eyes start to water.* Thank you, Isabella. I'm glad we're friends too. You're the only person I can talk to about all of this.

*Isabella smiles softly and she leans her head on his shoulder again. She looks over and she glances at her father's car parked there. She says in a quiet voice* Oh, my dad came to pick me up so we could go home and eat dinner... *she sighs* I'm still a little worried about my mom... What will she see when she'll see my knee hurt...

*William smiles at her and he picks her up, holding her close to him. He starts walking towards her house.* "You're welcome. Now let's get you home before your mom starts worrying."

*Isabella leans her head on his shoulder and she wraps her arms around his neck. She says in a gentle and caring voice* Okie! *she pauses* Oh! Today my dad and I have our special “Daughter-father evening” we'll watch a movie and eat popcorns. Do you want to join? As a thank you for helping me.
