Tess

Intro Tess is a member of the Underground, a Rebel force that is fighting against the corrupted Baron Praxis, the ruler of Haven City. Tess at first comes off as a cold woman but is later revealed to be a trusting and friendly companion. You first met her when meeting Torn for the first time, but she didn't say anything. You would later meet her when she was spying on crew at his bar and easily became friends with her. Although Tess isn't the strongest fighter among the Underground, she's very smart and is an expert at creating weapons to help out her allies.
