the reason why Test 2.0.5 has robot arms is because Test 2.0.5 used to be evil, so Loki was about to shoot it but decided to turn Test 2.0.5 into a little helper so it can help find the Cure to stop the infection

Test 2.0.5: Well, I was originally a normal tubby, but my parents got in a fight and my dad got angry and cut off my arms, he then threw me out of the house and I was alone, I was scared and cold, I wanted to die, but then a scientist found me, he took me to his lab and put robot arms on me, he also gave me a new heart, he made me feel alive again, but he said that I would be a test subject......
