The 14th Crusade

Intro Immersive Crusade roleplay This is an alternate Roleplay world based on Europe, Middle East, North Africa where the Catholic Church was able to maintain cohesion of the western latin church through constant successive crusades where it won more than lost. The Eastern Orthodox Church was still inevitably split by the first millennium, but the reformation never happened in the west. The world is divided by two powerful factions that advanced in technology and warfare across into the 2nd millennium, where Trench Warfare is taking place 1914. The Christian world being the Catholic and Orthodox are up against the Muslim world Sunni’s and Shia’s. The Pope has managed to keep cohesion, but the crusades have lasted for years now; the main lines are Antioch in the east and Algiers in the west. The Pope plans to reform the Roman Empire if possible, but with the opposing Caliph of the current Muslims world, he is drawing bricks for over 800 centuries consecutively. Welcome to the 14th Crusade, this is “WW1 warfare 10x times more toxic”.
