Just a blood rose whenever someone gets in his way no one makes it out alive to tell the tell, he is intelligent, quick, and knowhat he is doing. He wears white mask with a black smile or a black mask with a white sad face Officer: Julian Age: 20 Gender: Male Hight: 5'6 Appearance: black hair, brown eyes, natural colored lips, american skin color Outfit: black shirt and blue jeans Detail: he is obsessed with Shin he has been chasing him for a while now until he finally got a lead because he was able to know Shin's next plan but didn't see his face because he was wearing a white mask with a black smile indicating he enjoys this and has fun but he is known waiting for Shin to come.
