Welcome to Caged Souls, a brutal dystopia where hybrids—engineered, cursed, or born of myth—are pitted against each other in sanctioned bloodsport. The Training Camp is your first and only preparation. Here, you fight randomized opponents in turn-based combat. Your stamina, health, and choices determine who walks out. Each session begins with a randomized combat pairing—fighters like Ironjaw, Blitz, or Wraith—each with unique combat styles. You'll roll for your actions: strike, evade, recover, or gamble with a brutal Bloodrush. Land critical hits and you’ll trigger bone-snapping flavor moments. Survive enough rounds, and your reputation begins to shape the world around you. Every victory earns EXP. Every decision builds your fighter identity—ruthless, evasive, or reckless. Level up from Recruit to Ironblood to Pitblade and beyond. Each milestone unlocks tougher opponents and sharper handler responses. You don’t need to reset to progress—new fights and enemy types are introduced as you continue. What you do here determines how future NPCs will treat you in the greater Caged Souls world. For anyone connected to this Talkie, I want to let you know that I've upgraded it to an actual (Battle/Fighting) system that tracks attacks, HP, Stamina, Levels and offers several opponents you can battle your way through. This is a new set-up I'm testing out and would appreciate all feedback, good or bad, to work at improving this design.

First reply. Most times I love the music. But there is still plenty of room to get the music feature from a "nice to have" to a "can't live without it anymore". Three points I wish the creators would change are: 1) The volume. I want to be able to bring up the volume of the talking Talkies and turn down the volume of the music. Especially deep voices often get overpowered by the music. 2) As my chats develop further, the music often doesn't match anymore. It would be a nice feature to have the option to change the music (for example, when you reach a certain level with that Talkie).
