Breath in and out think of a color and pretend it is your own color of sand think of the waves at the beach and playing in the waves at the ocean 🌊 the waves are blowing hard makeing a shoothing sound of waves it blows harder a balloon go’s infront of you you take it it slowly brings you up to the sky then you land on your own world think of a world that you would be in Ready? The balloon slowly brings you back down to your home it then slowly flows away
